Why We Started Lil Muslims Official
Inspiring Lil Muslim Minds—one story, one product, one child at a time.
As two teachers (and parents!), we always knew how powerful early learning could be—especially when it comes to faith, identity, and creativity. But when we searched for Islamic resources that were fun, high-quality, and truly child-centred, we quickly realised something was missing.
There just weren’t enough engaging tools that reflected the joy of being a young Muslim. So, we decided to do something about it.
The Spark
With little ones of our own and a classroom full of curious minds, we set out to create something meaningful—something that would make kids light up while learning about Islam.
That’s when the Lil Muslims were born.
We created a world of characters, each with their own personality, hobby, and unique Iman Power—from kindness and honesty to responsibility and knowledge. And because representation matters, our characters come from countries all around the world—so children can see themselves in the stories they read and the toys they play with.
Our First Steps
Our journey officially began with two much-loved products:
- The Lil Muslims Around the World 2-in-1 Puzzle
- The Ultimate Activity Pack
They were more than just fun—they were thoughtfully designed to help children connect with their faith in joyful, hands-on ways. And as teachers, we couldn’t help but smile when some of our characters were inspired by students we’d taught over the years!
What Drives Us
Our mission is simple:
To ‘Inspire Lil Muslim Minds’ through creativity, joy, and faith.
We believe Islamic learning can be beautiful, imaginative, and deeply meaningful. Every book, toy, and activity we create is made with love—and with the hope that it brings pride, confidence, and connection into the hearts of our youngest learners.
The Bigger Picture
Lil Muslims Official isn’t just about products. It’s about building a world where young Muslims grow up seeing their values, their stories, and their dreams reflected.
With 22 characters (and more coming!), each representing a unique Iman Power, we hope to plant seeds of love, learning, and faith in children everywhere.
